The Suburb Report ($549) analyses SDA demand across an entire suburb: assessed demand derived from NDIS participants identified as not yet using SDA (the P.17 cohort) minus current advertised vacancies, broken down by design category — High Physical Support (HPS), Fully Accessible (FA) and Improved Liveability (IL). The Street Report ($349) narrows the same analysis to a single street and its surrounding catchment, so you can compare candidate sites side by side.
