Privacy Policy
Public Property (ABN 21 656 016 830) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. What we collect
- Name, email address, and mobile phone number — via the lead form before purchase
- The address or suburb you search — to generate your report
- Payment details — handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers
2. Why we collect it
- To deliver the report you have purchased
- To follow up directly with you about your report
- We do not sell, lease, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes
3. Where it is stored
- Customer contact details: GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management system
- Payment records: Stripe
- All providers maintain industry-standard security
4. How long we keep it
- Customer records: 7 years, as required for Australian business record-keeping
- Payment records: as required by Stripe and Australian tax law
5. Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to update anything that is inaccurate
- Deletion — ask us to remove your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

6. Your consent and unsubscribe
By submitting your details, you agree to be contacted by Public Property in relation to your report and our services. Every communication we send you will include an option to unsubscribe. You may also opt out at any time by pressing the unsubscribe link in your communications.
7. Cookies and tracking
- Session cookie — we use a first-party session cookie to verify your payment so you can access your report
- Meta Pixel — we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to attribute conversions. The pixel places third-party cookies on your device (including
_fbp and _fbc) and shares page-view, lead-form-submission, and purchase events with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc. for the purpose of ad measurement, optimisation, and audience targeting
- Cross-border transfer — Meta processes this data outside Australia, including in Ireland and the United States, under Meta's own privacy terms. By using this site you consent to this overseas disclosure for the purposes set out above (Australian Privacy Principle 8)
- Opt out — you can opt out via your browser's third-party cookie settings, via the Your Online Choices Australia opt-out tool, by adjusting your Meta ad preferences, or by using a tracker-blocking browser extension
8. Compliance
We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. You may also make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
